She has a love of motorbikes and cars, with a full license for both. She also enjoys screen writing and is currently studying and working on her own creations.

Her biggest adventure so far has been becoming a mum to Nolan and Chloe. In November 2021 her son was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) and is currently undergoing treatment with The Royal Marsden and Kingston Hospital.

IN HER OWN WORDS…

There’s an old Native American proverb, "Those who tell stories rule the world”.

Growing up, film and TV had an enormous impact on me.  The stories engaged me, taught me new perspectives, opened my eyes to new places, people and ideas i couldn’t have imagined.  They made me laugh and cry, envy and despise - they stirred all kinds of emotions i was just beginning to understand.  This was the 80’s, arguably the golden era for TV and film.  When Only Fools and Horses and The Goonies ruled, when it was about heart and soul and not purely for viewing figures and profit - or else that’s what it felt like.

There are stories in every single part of our lives today, politics, news and social media being perhaps the biggest examples. They’re unavoidable.  But what stories are they telling and why - what are they motivated by?  Things have changed quite a bit haven't they!  It’s my aim to keep hold of that heart and soul, and tell stories that shine a light on important messages and topics, uplift, engage and have a positive impact.

I’m only just getting started - watch this space.
